This is the OBD Snowshoe Cabin and Ice Pond Set. Everything you see in this image is included.
The build has bento animations, highly detailed decor, two types of snowfall, dock (with and w/out snow add-on) with HQ bento animations PG only, and an ice skate sign for you and guests to click for free skates along with included skate AO/Animation.
Approx. 15x20 Cabin Footprint (build is a bit smaller). Fits nicely in a 512. The is cabin, pond landscaping, plat etc is approx. 50x50! Total prim count is roughly 230 prims, this is with all the decor and the platform.
